A Lightsaber I made for a custom Black Series action figure. It's scaled for those. I recommend buying 3/32 Florescent Acrylic Rods from Plastruct to best match the Black Series Sabre's, but there is a model with no hole in it so that you can make your own. It's a high res mesh, and intended for print on a SLA or DLP printer, but I do not own a FDM printer myself, so it may be fine on one.
