Before trying to print Nylon filaments with my Dremel Idea Builder I wanted to make sure that I get as much of the potentially toxic fumes out of my working area as soon as possible. The solution should be rather cheap and easy to implement. How I Designed This Shopping list => wooden base plate 35.5 x 50 cm => distance holder / vibration damper between base plate and printer case (I used two layers of PE foam string with 10mm diameter: http://www.hornbach.de/shop/Fugenfuellprofil-10mm-1-PAK5x1m/8605484/artikel.html) => air ventilation unit for 150mm pipe diameter (I used a 230V AC version for toilet / bath ventilation purposes - http://www.hornbach.de/shop/Rohreinschubventilator-Rotheigner-Air-Tube-150/8626716/artikel.html) => attachment unit for ventilator to base plate => PVC ventilation duct hose stretchable (or similar) => electric cable & plug => on/off switch => if the air ventilation unit does not come with build in speed regulation there are respective Power Control units available (e.g. I've used https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NQBZUJQ/) All in all i ended up with approx. 110 EUR costs General design see: https://tinkercad.com/things/gLKZUFtskU4
