<h1>Custom Mountain Bike Grips, Chain Guide & Shifters</h1> Several 3D printable components that were re-designed for a mountain bike. Consists of a multitude of variations of Handle Grips, Chain Guides and Shifter Plates that may be useful to others. All parts were 3D printed using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) on the Sintratec S2 Printer. Watch the video of the parts in action: https://youtu.be/KoYoGux5QrA <br> <h2>Custom Grips:</h2> Consist of a stable PA12 nylon core and a soft TPU elastomer surface to better absorb vibrations while driving. <br> <h2>Chain Guide:</h2> Was designed by means of a generative design. Printed with robust nylon, it is intended to withstand impacts while keeping the bike chain in place. <br> <h2>Shifters:</h2> Printed with soft TPE material and then glued to the gear shift of the bike. The grooved surface provides a better grip (especially in wet conditions). <br> You may need to adjust some components to fit your bike.<p><a href="https://sintratec.com/?p=10704/">Designed by Sintratec.</a></p>
