I needed an enclosure for my printer to print ASA so I built this modular system to make one. I used Corrugated plastic board for insulation and Acrylic panel for the access panel. It turned out lightweight and relatively cheap depending on acrylic costs in your area. Since the Corrugated plastic compresses a bit everything did not turn out as straight as I would have liked but it is completely functional. I used 10-32 1/2" bolts and they were a touch too short and thick but they did work. Recommend 8-32 3/4" bolts. The tight corners meant the bolts needed to be pointed outwards. As for size it can be as big or small as the material you are using can handle. As every printer is different you will likely have different dimensions from mine. I then used duct tape to seal the edges. Since the door is acrylic it will bend in order to fit into the hinge corner pieces. Only the one sided hinge requires supports everything else can be printed as is. Note: Make sure to mirror the Hingeassembly on your slicer for one of the sides. ** Added a Bowden tube Passthrough that can be put on one of the edges,
