Custom sized joiners for square tubing

Customizer OpenSCAD to create various joiners for square tube which can be used to make various structures. This was inspired by comments on my earlier square and rectangular tube cap and joiner generator. This Thing only works for square tubes and can generate 8 different types of connectors based on 90 degree angles. How I Designed This This is an evolution of code I originally wrote to create square tubing plugs and joiners for a personal project and to help me learn OpenSCAD. I had written the original code to support square and rectangular tube and to allow it to be customized for size and appearance. The code was specifically designed to use the Thingiverse Customizer and give feed back in the event that bad values were entered. I have tried to write OpenSCAD code in a modular way and when I received a comment on the original plug and joiner thing about possibly making joiners which could connect multiple tubes into shapes, I realized that it should be a fairly straightforward modification. It turned out that I spent more time taking out code that supported rectangular tubing than adding the ability to generate joining tabs on any surface of a cube. The generation of the joining tabs is handled through the use of variables containing a list of rotation matrices and a "FOR" statement applying the rotations to the invocation of the tab building module. I am really impressed with the power and flexibility in the "FOR" statement coupled with list/matrix variables. Changes Updated March 30, 2017 to eliminate generation of internal surfaces.
