My kid love socks sword. I have a few iterations but this one came out pretty good. I insert a 12.7mm dowel rod in the center. I also covered the blade with Warbla for extra strength. There are two handles. One plain and one with a honeycomb pattern. The hilt does print a little thin at the tip but the blade inserts into it and covers it up.
