I recommend checking out his video, where he uses cardboard to create the same thing. https://youtu.be/gOypqhUEl5s This is a simple recreation of the Splattershot Jr. weapon from Nintendo's TPS Splatoon and Splatoon 2. However, it has been modified to fit the Nintendo Switch's JoyCons into the model. A couple of important notes about this model: For the pins, I recommend printing them on their side to increase strength and prevent breaking. You will need to print at least 4 pins for all of the holes. While it isn't required, I would imagine it would help with stability. Supports will be required, though mostly just for the handle. The handle, due to the thinness, requires a couple snippits of 1.75 mm filament to align to the body of the gun. --------------------------- Links to all of my references: DIY Japan for the Idea and inspiration.
