Custom Z-end

Custom Z-end

thingiverse

This part is a custom Z-end for my Geeetech Acrylic Prusa-i3B. After upgrading the extrusion to a Bowden system, I needed to fix the motor somewhere on the frame. I also wanted to install bearing at the end of the 2 Z-axis lead screws so I decided to design and make a custom Z-end. 2 slots can be used to screw a standard Nema 17 holder onto the part. This part just replace the acrylic part from Geeetech. You can insert a standard 8 mm bearing to help guide your lead screw.
