A versatile filament spool adapter designed specifically for the Ender 3 but easily adaptable to other printers as well. This customisable design allows users to adjust the internal and external diameter, length of the adapter, and even include an optional lip on one end. The plan is to print two identical adapters, which can be inserted into each end of the filament spool. However, users have the flexibility to make them longer or shorter as per their preference. These adapters are intended to fit snugly into place, requiring just a gentle push. Some designs feature an optional lip that prevents the adapter from being pushed too far in. Unfortunately, I've encountered some difficulties with this website's customizer tool, which has hindered my ability to view the .scad file. To avoid similar issues, I highly recommend downloading and installing OpenSCAD, a powerful 3D CAD software that allows for seamless editing of the design locally. This approach not only saves time but also provides greater control over the final product.
