Customizable Board Game Card Storage

FYI: I'm not maintaining this model anymore. Please check out the improved version maintained by kickahaota at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2954310 This things intend is to keep board game cards in order during play and to store them safely the rest of the time. The holder can be completely customized to fit stacks of cards of any dimension. Multiple holders can be stacked safely by using the build in rails. Instructions To customize this thing to your needs please use the "open in customizer" button on this page or OpenSCAD. The tab "primary parameters" should contain all parameters needed. Due to the sliding parts the default parameters might not be sufficient on some printers. Should printed holders or lids fit too tightly try increasing the "fudge factor" parameter, should they fit too loose try decreasing it. Should this not solve the problem try manipulating specific settings in the "secondary parameters" tab. Perfectly printed holders / lids should slide without much resistance into each other and snap in when almost fully inserted. I'm printing on an Ultimaker and use Cura with the following parameters. These parameters haven't been really optimized for this thing (meaning faster speeds will probably just work as well). wall thickness: 0.4 layer height: 0.2 bottom/top thickness: 0.6 print speed: 50mm/s bridge speed: 50%
