Customizable Carcassonne Box Tower+Cover

This is a Carcassonne 2-part travel box that splits into a tile tower and meeple organiser. A resized print of the scoreboard is designed to be sandwiched between the two parts. The model includes a [Carcassonne icon (otf) by m_knox from BGG](https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/89695/carcassonne-icons-font). This will not render on Thingiverse Customizer - use OpenSCAD Customizer instead. ####OpenSCAD customiser settings 1. tile_cols - number of dispensing tile columns 2. top_ht - height (mm) of the tile column - Over 100mm, meeple compartments are added at every 23mm intervals - 55- 77mm: 4 compartments - 78-100mm: 5 compartments - 101-123mm: 6 compartments - 124-146mm: 7 compartments - 147-169mm: 8 compartments 3. insert_th - Thickness of the folded scoresheet 4. box - render the tile tower 5. cover - render the cover 6. config - open, closed, print or print+support - the open and closed options are there to double check clearances (render, import to slicer, split objects) - print and print+support options will rotate the models to the suggested print orientation When you render the model in OpenSCAD, the console will report maximum tiles, compartments and insert size for your customiser settings. ####Example settings The default (2 tile_cols, 90mm top_ht, 1.5mm insert_th) allows for: - 84 tiles (2.1mm per tile) - 5 meeple compartments - 113mm x 92.8mm x 1.5mm insert (folded dimensions) This is sufficient for the standard Carcassonne configuration (base + abbot + river). You will need to scan, resize and print your own insert. ####Suggested print settings - 0.4mm nozzle - 0.2mm layer height - low warp plastic (suggest PETG) - use supports - 3 perimeters I've included models with and without integrated supports. ####Post-printing Remove all supports and file down the areas that were supported. Optional: Mask the around the logo and sand the embossed logo flat for a two texture effect.
