Customizable Dog Tag with Number

I remixed the original design from Thingiverse, but unfortunately, the model number wasn't displayed during printing. To address this issue, I incorporated a phone number option into the revised version. In addition to the existing design with visible numbers, I also included a new variant that omits the display of numbers altogether while maintaining centered text alignment throughout the print job.
