Somehow my fan duct didn't like the fact that I heated the hotend to 245°C (for cleaning). Everything stayed in place - but it doesn't sit tight anymore. Therefore I now printed it in ABS. And because I was just changing it anyway, I also enlarged the opening between the fan carrier and the hotend clasp.
