Customizable Foam Board Bevel Cutter ------------------------------------ * Foam board bevel cutter with customizable cut depth, cut angle, and blade angle * Allows for cutting trenches in foam board without having to fold it over 180 degrees * Allows for cutting of shallow trenches in foam board * Blades secured using a single 8-32 fastener (configurable via customizer) * Uses either single edge razor blades or utility knife blades * Six included STL files, three for single edge razor blades and three for utility knife blades. All of the foam board bevel cutter STL files have a cut depth of 2.4mm and a blade angle of 15 degrees. For each set, the variable parameters are: * 35 degrees cut angle, horizontal length 3.42mm * 30 degrees cut angle, horizontal length 4.15mm * 25 degrees cut angle, horizontal length 5.14mm<p> * Parameters are printed on the the foam bevel cutter back surface. Customizer Notes ---------------- * The customizable file is configurable-foam-cutter.scad. * By default, screw threads are not enabled due to the large amount of time required for rendering the threads. Please check the **enable_threads** box in the **_Enables_** category before rendering and exporting your STL file (see attached image).
