Customizable Glow Stick Wand

First of all, all credit goes to MS3FGX for his amazing customizable wand. All I did was add a few parameters. This remix uses the same code as the original with a few tweaks. They are as follows. I removed the static .5 mm buffer in the original so you'll need to add a tolerance. Since glow sticks are soft I found .3 or so to work well. I added an outer diameter as a separate parameter. I needed this as I use the cheap thin bracelet glow sticks so being able to specify the outer and inner diameter separately was essential for me. I also added a bore length. Again, since I was using glow sticks instead of a wooden dowel I needed more of the glow stick outside of the handle.
