I used this to construct the teeth of the belt as suggested on the forum by a member: http://cdn1.bigcommerce.com/server2300/itwgldve/product_images/uploaded_images/belt-tolerence.jpg?t=1468336699 With a for loop I then connected these tooth together at the PLD. I believe the radius + PLD is the pitch radius (like when we are looking at gears). I suggest putting the i-value to at least 1 mm, just for the strength of the belt. Enjoy.
