Customizable Gutter Downspout "T" Junction

A "T" junction for a gutter downspout. The attached STL should be reasonably sized for standard 3x2" gutters, although I encourage measuring your downspouts for appropriate fit. This print is customizable, and should adjust reasonably to most sizes. The original non-inlined version can be viewed [on github](https://github.com/fardog/prints/blob/master/brackets/gutter-downspout-tee.scad) Edit 2019-03-02: fixed customizer, which accidentally got disabled.
