Customizable License Plate Holder (US Motorcycle Sizing)

Go ahead and click 'Open in Customizer' to make a motorcycle license plate holder with your own text! This fits my American motorcycle license plates perfectly, your mileage may vary. (pun intended) Print Settings Notes: No supports or anything fancy necessary. I printed mine in PLA as a purposeful experiment in print biodegradability in harsh real-world conditions being outside in the rain and sun and unusual amounts of wind and vibration. So far it's held up fine except for warping on an extraordinarily hot day (95F/35C) in the direct sun. Would suggest you print it in whatever you can print that can take the heat better (ABS, some nylon filaments, etc) Post-Printing I don't have a dual-extruder system, so I just painted my lettering with white acrylic. I'm not an artsy painter by any means and it turned out great, because it was easy to paint the raised text and magically get crisp paint lines. I've also included a variable in the customizer that spaces out the letters a tiny bit more, that should make them easier to paint and make it less likely that a not-top-of-the-line 3D printer would make a stringy mess between letters.
