Customizable wedge for increasing the tilt angle of Swann/Hikvision (or other) security cameras. Some variation examples in attached STL files. Camera mount base is assumed to be circular, with evenly spaced screws. The end that attaches to the wall may be circular or rectangular, with adjustable parameters. Straight-through hole for wires is optional (not really needed since there is a notch for wires in the existing Swann/Hikvision mounting base).
