There are a lot of different barrels in market with many different sized windows so one jig simply can't cover them all. Also there are different sort of and sized materials for R-hop. This customizable R-hop jig is designed to be configurable for all needs. Parameters ==================== >* Basic > * **Inner** >Inner diameter of tube. Nominal size is typically same as your barrel bore(6mm). You will probably need slightly bigger value for compensating plastic shrink. I have been using value of 6.1 > * **outer** >Outer diameter of tube. I use usually 9mm outer diameter silicone tube, but ideal would be 8,5mm or lower. You will probably need slightly bigger value for compensating plastic shrink. I have been using value of 9.7 > * **a** >Window depth. This value dependent of your barrel, normally something in range of 0.6mm to 1.4mm. If you don't know exact value for this best way to find is to generate and print multiple jigs and find best fit. This is the reason why there is option to generate multiple jigs at ones by setting number of jigs in row and number of rows. > * **b** >Blade thickness. Measure your blade you are using. You will probably need slightly bigger value for compensating plastic shrink. I Have been using value of 0.45. >* Array size > * **n** >Number of jigs in row. If value is higher than one model generates multiple jigs. Every jig is otherwise identical but window depth is increased by *window depth step*. > * **m** >Number of rows. Not recommend to go above 2. If you set value over 2 make sure there is room for blade. > * **da** >Window depth step. This value used when multiple jigs are generated to determine different depths of windows. >* Advanced > * **h** >Height of jig. Total height of the model is increased 2mm by base. > * **t** >Wall thickness. Increasing value will make jig more stiffer. > * **Base** >Size of the base. > * **Chamfer** >Enables or disables chamfer. > * **Angle** >Chamfer angle > * **Length** >Chamfer length > * **Radius** >Radius of the base roundings. Setting value to 0 disables radius. > * **Indicator** >Enables or disables indicator. Indicator is a small hole in one corner to indicate smallest jig. Recommended to enable if multiple jigs are generated. > * **Quality** >Quality of non relevant shapes.
