Customizable, Removable Handle for Allen/Hex Wrench/Key

A removable, customizable-sized handle for hex keys/allen wrenches. The hex key locks into place when in use, but can easily be removed to use the wrench without the handle, in order to reach tighter spaces. The handle can be custom sized in diameter and length, and sized to any hex key. This design is based off of JohnSL's popular Customizer design for a zip-tie secured version of this wrench. I also returned to franklima260's original design style, as I liked the small neck at the bottom that makes it look a bit more like a real screwdriver handle. STL files for 1.5mm, 2.5mm, and 5mm Allen wrenches are included. For any other size, the Customizer should be used (see instructions below). Print Settings Printer: Folgertech 2020 Prusia i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 50% Notes: I used Cura line supports at 25% density "touching everywhere" to support the overhang in the slot; These supports can be easily removed with a thin craft knife; the Allen wrench itself also makes a nice tool to push out any lingering supports. The 50% infill is probably overkill, but creates a nice, solid tool. Instructions For the hex size of the wrench, be sure to measure the maximum diameter of the wrench point-to-point (not flat-to-flat). If only the nominal (flat-to-flat) size of the wrench is known, this can be approximated as hex size = 1.082*nominal size. The handle diameter and length are probably best left at the default settings, but most values should work fine. A length of around 40mm creates a nice "stubby" screwdriver, depending on the handle diameter. The "hole delta" is an enlargement factor that increases the size of the slot. My shaky RepRap seemed to produce the best prints at 0.2mm, but higher-precision printers may produce workable prints at .15mm or less.
