Customizable Scope Throw Lever

Customizable Scope Throw Lever

Someone mentioned an issue they had with my last throw lever design. ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3080614 ) The lever hit their bolt so to cycle a round they would need to mess with the scope. Not ideal. It got me thinking and as I learned Fusion360 (Last model was made in Rhino) I discovered you can use parameters. And as I tend to do I took it WAY overboard. When I got started I didn't think it would work, plus during construction I hit quite a few blocks, but, well, so far it seems to actually work. You can customize everything from the length of the throw lever, to the position of the clamp to the angle and depth of the scope notch. Best part is all you need to do is install Fusion360 and figure out how to load the step file. (not rocket science.) After that follow the screenshots and adjust what you need to adjust. Then click the Tools menu, 3D print and export as an STL. There are some limits. If you find a bug message me and I'll do my best to figure it out. Edit: I added a v2 that allows for a lever offset. In case the bolt is hitting the throw lever. Took out fillets on V2 as computation errors were occurring when the lever sat over the notch. Also consolidated some sketches so v2 is lighter. I learned allot with this one. Edit2: I added a f3d file on 9/19/19. It seems STEP files don't save parameters. Edit3: The screw and nut holes were designed to fit M3 size hardware.
