Customizable Spool for Pololu motor hubs

A customisable spool that mounts to the Pololu motor hubs. It has been tested with Pololu Part No 1999 (6mm shaft and M3 screws) and 2673 (5mm shaft scooter mount with M3 screws). From the drawings only (not tested), it may also fit the following part numbers: 1078 (3mm shaft with #4-40 screws) 1079 (3mm shaft with #2-56 screws) 1081 (4mm shaft with #4-40 screws) 1083 (6mm shaft with #4-40 screws) 1203 (5mm shaft with #4-40 screws) 1993 (1/4" shaft with #4-40 screws) 1994 (1/4" shaft with M3 screws) 1996 (3mm shaft with M3 screws) 1997 (4mm shaft with M3 screws) 1998 (5mm shaft with M3 screws) 2672 (4mm shaft scooter mount with M3 screws) 2674 (6mm shaft scooter mount with M3 screws) 2675 (1/4" shaft scooter mount with M3 screws) It has two holes with strain relief to attach a string or wire. Just tie a nut or similar to the string, or tie a knot in it to stop it pulling through. If you have any requests for more features, just comment below. Instructions There are only two dimensions to select: 1) The radius of the spool from the center to the flat section (not including top and bottom flanges). 2) Width of spool from top flange to bottom, not including flanges. Both dimensions are in mm. The flanges are always 5mm wide/high, with a 2mm rim top and bottom. Recommend 'High' Polygon count unless your spool is huge. You will need six screws with ~15mm long threads to attach it. Three will do for low torque applications. The hub can be mounted either way, but you'll need to mount the hub before the spool otherwise you won't be able to access the machine screws. It should be printed without support. I used ABS 0.35mm layer height on fast.
