Customizable threaded rounded boxes for storing Dremel cutting and sanding wheels

I truly enjoyed the boxes from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2164042. Huge thanks go out to the original creator, sgonzalezlopez, for these fantastic designs - http://www.thingiverse.com/sgonzalezlopez. Decided to modify them to store my Dremel cutting and sanding wheels, which I bought on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/322096618889?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT, http://www.ebay.com/itm/331847567556?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT, and http://www.ebay.com/itm/331500363282?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. However, I encountered a problem when printing the small internal diameter threads, as they cut into the eternal diameter and prints became non-manifold. To fix this issue, I made some changes to the Open-Scad file. Additionally, I tightened the fit by 0.3mm because I usually print such containers with HIPS, which allows for more precise dimensions. Print Settings Printer: Raise3D Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 mm Infill: 22% Notes: Bed (BuildTak) print-bed temperature is set at 110°C, and the nozzle temperature is 233°C. I printed with no cooling in a closed environment. I used 22% infill, three shells, concentric printing pattern for walls, and a fast honeycomb pattern for infill. Post-Printing I usually sand things printed in HIPS because they become very pleasant to hold in the hand. I used sanding paper #80 on one side and then #320 on the other.
