Customizable Tower of Hanoi

The classic puzzle takes on a new form as an SCAD customizer. The version shown is toh_defaults.stl, and I've yet to test any other variants. To see how the assembled puzzle will look, use the test mode ("Part" parameter). This is merely a simulation and not intended for actual printing. A few safeguards are built into the code to prevent weird inputs, but it's still possible to find ways to break the customizer that I haven't anticipated.
