Customizable tube cutter for Hot End Fix

This is a customizable variant of the cutter aid for the "Original Hot End Fix for Creality". I created this one, because the original did not leave enough space for the cutting blade and broke too easily. The default setting cuts at the recommended 31.3mm for Creality Ender 3 (+ pro and V2). It assumes your cutting blade is 0.6mm thick and makes the cut in the middle. I've also set the width for the tube to exactly 4.0mm to better keep the tube in place, once fitted. Enlarge the diameter if you want an easier fit.
