A Highly Customizable Idler Pulley. I needed an idler pulley that moved my fishing line very quickly but could not find any standard options that met my requirements, so I designed and created this customizable V-pulley that works perfectly. Instructions to Make It. To get started, enter the desired height and outer diameter for your pulley in millimeters or inches as you need it to be custom-made specifically for you. Add in the dimensions of the bearing that will work with it; automatically adds support so that the bearing stays perfectly centred inside the pulley, giving excellent results without much hassle whatsoever. The default setting uses a standard 608zz bearing. Choose how deep or shallow you want the groove to be which is essentially measured as distance from edge of the pulley down to bottom line for more precision. Before finishing with print settings and other details do press bearing gently but firmly once completed - especially right after plastic solidifies fully so that perfect fitment could result, leaving smooth surfaces always; because this idler design ensures all things turn just right.
