There are numerous custom spool roller designs on offer. Check out mine, created specifically to work with Printrbot Simple XL's default spool roller frame. My design features an expansive track for ~90mm spools and a more slender track for ~58mm spools. You can build it following these instructions: Print it at 0.3 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 3 top/bottom layers, with a moderate honeycomb infill of 0.1 mm spacing. And of course, you will need two printed pieces.
