Customizeable Combo Bank

I liked 2ROBOTGUY's combo lock a lot, but I wanted something that would work as a coin bank for my kids -- which my kids too young to understand ownership wouldn't be able to get into. I made a remix that was bigger and had a coin slot, but then I got thinking that it'd be nice to be able to change the combination. Well, one thing led to another and so here is a fully customizeable version. The things that you can customize are: * Diameter * Height * Combination * Change the number of digits in the combo (this will affect minimum height) * Change the number of options, defaults to 10 but with larger diameter you could do many more * Thickness of the lock rings (the bits that stick out and make it a combination) * The height of the base * The font of the numbers on the base * The tolerance number (extra added to the radi Again, this is mostly just 2ROBOTGUY's design, but I redesigned from the ground up in openscad and tweaked it a bit: * Added numbers at the bottom, which required shifting the notches slightly * Added a "ring" at the top to reduce the chance of "skipping" the top number (not yet shown in the pictures, I added it after the last prototype printed) * There are no symbols on the side of the outer cover
