I remixed this model so it would work with a stock Ender 3 without the use of a BLTouch. The original designer didn't account for the use of Z Min Endstop switches or the use of a display cover to protect the back of the display. The other improvement I made was to reduce the amount of filament needed to print by reducing the dimensions front to back as the dial indicator in the original file was very difficult to remove. By reducing the dimensions the dial indicator is held firmly, but it is easier to remove. Not to mention it's MUCH easier to change the batteries in the indicator.
