...... here we have an old reconstruction, new construction: actually this is conceptually a meat cutter for sausage production. we have an automatic version here: it is a cutter, but we also use it to shred vegetables, meat and dough: whatever we want to do.this is available as a mixer!we do it here for fully automatic operation!the shaft on the top right is the motor shaft for the knife shaft with three knives.the middle one, at the rear, is the feed chute for whole onions, carrots, meat, fish and the like.the shaft on the left is the discharge shaft: a wedge is pushed in while the bowl is rotating - and everything is thrown out of the bowl as quickly as possible ....targeted, of course!the project is not yet finished - I'm still working on it!we used our own electric motors from the inline boxer engine project for the first time in a reconstruction of a destroyed project.10-12 kilograms in about 2-4 minutes: for continuous operation 24 hoursfor everything that needs to be crushed .....step, igs, stl
