This is a copy of the Chip from Terminator 2. I think I got it to 1:1 scale. I had heard that it was about 40mm long by 5mm thick. So I based the design off those measurements. Instructions Sad thing is you will need support, and that makes one side not turn out to well. I am trying different posistions to see if I can get a good quality print. Use 0 shells, and go about 30mm for feed rate, it should take about 30 minutes to print. For a high quality print, tool head speed when not extruding set to 20mm. Update: I added my own support file. This is for dual extruders. Just use material that will make it so the support file can be removed. Just align and combine the two file. The support sits under over hang. I don't have dual extrusion, but I was able to remove the support I made fair easy with a exacto knife.
