Just added halves to the slots, so you can have a nice clean extrusion. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .32mm Infill: 20% Notes: I printed this laying down, for maximum strength. The ends might print up a touch rounded but you can just lightly sand it down. Should just slide together, feel free to glue for maximum rigidity.
