The standard handlebar mount supplied by Cycliq is fairly flimsy - discussion groups are full of reports of people breaking theirs. This is a more robust version based on vincefarq's mount blank - his mount uses solid material vs thin flaps of plastic, and my clamp and hinge are both wider and thicker. It's currently spec'd to use a #6 machine screw and nut. Designed in OnShape. **Do not attempt to print the entire mount + clamp combination as one piece!** That file is here just for modeling the finished product. Print the clamp oriented on its side with supports under the hinge and the flange where the mount will be glued on. No need for supports under the flanges for the screw and nut. Print the mount part flat on its back. I did not need any supports under the lip of the mount, but your mileage might vary. I used thick CA glue and accelerator to join the two pieces. Epoxy should work as well.
