In the wonderful "Make:" magazine from March 2016 they had instructions how to build a Cyclone Dust Separator: https://makezine.com/projects/cyclone-dust-collector/ As mentioned in "Step 5: The Inlet and Outlet Port": "This is easily the most difficult part of the project and requires a good deal of finesse". Here's a 3D printed part that made it a lot easier for me. The STL was created for a design with the following dimensions: - outer diameter of the inner ring in bucket (i.e. diameter for polycarbonate): 240mm - outer diameter of tube from mill: 47mm - height plexyglass: 80mm Corresponding openSCAD can be found here: https://github.com/eldoberino/openscad-projects/tree/master/cycloneDustSeparator
