Cyclopes Filament Dryer adapter guide — EIbos brand

This is an adapter for my Cyclopes Filament Dryer. I am very happy with how well it works. But it can be tricky to place the spool and thread the filament through the acrylic cover's little holes and not knock the spool out of position. In the past I have been frustrated juggling the spool, filament and cover. This adapter guide eliminates all that bother. I can place the spool, lay the filament in a slot and then put the cover on. Removing the cover without disturbing the spool and filament is just as easy. It is two identical parts which each fit on a Prusa Mini's little print bed (printing one at a time). With other printers you could print both halves at once. The two halves interlock. Optional: You could glue them together where they touch. Just place a sheet of plastic (such as a plastic bag) under the joint to avoid gluing it the base (see photo). The PETG plastic does not heat up much while the dryer is running…in other words it does not soften. I beveled the base so there is no trimming required.
