Cyclops HotEnd Fan Duct for 50x15mm Squirrel Cage Fan

This is a hotend cooling fan designed for the nFire 1 Delta Printer using the Cyclops hotend. As it's assumed you are trying to print this without active cooling I've split the part into 2 pieces for easier printing without cooling or supports. Should the holes for screws fail to bridge or close the gap properly it's not crucial to function. Just use the fan duct to get active cooling and print a better one (hopefully now with successful bridging and gap closure). Printing these without supports and cooling it is intended that the 2 halves be printed with the sides down and open portion of the fan duct up. Once printed glue the two halves together and mount to the existing hotend fan, then mount your fan into the duct. Connect the new nozzle cooling fan to constant voltage or D9 on the ramps board for software controlled use. (And if someone can show me how to get things rotated nicely for upload that would be awesome - I'd like the files to be already oriented correctly at download but couldn't find how to change the plane the STL thought was down. This is my first upload/share of a 3D print. ;-) Print Settings Printer: NFire 1 Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: Shouldn't Matter Notes: There are 3 Files: complete fan duct: nFire 1 50mmx15mm Squirrel Cage Fan Duct v1.2 or two easily (hopefully) printable pieces: nFire 1 50mmx15mm Squirrel Cage Fan Duct v1-2 Left Half nFire 1 50mmx15mm Squirrel Cage Fan Duct v1-2 Right Half Post-Printing Once printed glue the two half shells together if printed in pieces. How I Designed This This was designed in SolidWorks using step models of the Cyclops hotend and 50x15mm Fan as reference to confirm fit and size.
