My wife requested I craft a compact bottle with a threaded lid for her daily vitamin supplement routine, so I thought creating a straightforward cylinder with internal threads and a matching lid would be a relatively simple task. I did encounter some challenges in achieving the ideal mesh density to ensure the structure remained robust rather than collapsing at the critical thread-to-cap juncture on the lid. Ultimately, I resolved this issue by incorporating a fillet on the exterior edges of the cap, which proved to be an effective solution.
