The helmet is quite big and is meant to be post-processed.Files contain pieces of the helmet ready to be 3D printed and complete helmet files, that are not cutinto smaller pieces.SCALEAt 100% scale the helmets inside dimensions are:Width approx. 179 mm (7.4 inches)Length approx. 270 mm (10.6 inches)Height approx. 312 mm (12.3 inches)You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it bigger and thenadd cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.PRINTER SETTINGSAs the helmet is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most ofthe parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliableprinting, we also recommend setting a brim to the helmets shell parts, because of their height andlow thickness. It will ensure, that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printingprocess. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.This model was created by someone from our 3Demon team. It is fan-made.
