Cyma AEP Insert for M4/AR15 Fast Mags Pouches

I've created an insert for M4/AR15 fastmag pouches, so you can carry 3 Cyma AEP Magazines - 3 lowcaps or 2 highcaps + 1 lowcap. The insert fits nicely in the fastmag pouches from Begadi - maybe in others too, but it is untested (Link: https://www.begadi.com/ausruestung/fast-mags/begadi-basic-hardshell-magazintaschen-mag-pouch-bundle-5-56mm-m4-m16-etc-olive.html). If it's fit in other, please share your experience in the comments - I will add it here in the summary section! Thanks! You need a M3 * 10mm screw and a washer to secure the insert in the fastmag. The insert is field-tested. All 3 lowcaps hold in place, even when you're running ;)
