V-Slot Stand-offs for adding panels to the D-Bot. 3mm Acrylic Sheets were used to cut the panels. 1) Cut Panels with CNC machine 2) Print : 12x SidesS-Off 6x Read S-Off 7x FrontS-Off 1x Either Right or Left Spool holer (or both if you want to mount two spools) 1x FilementGuide if Direct Drive or 1x Bowden Mount for bowden setup 8x of original D-Bot corner brackets (mounted upside down for floor cover panel) 3) Install new sand-offs and mount panels 4) Get a 20x20 V-slot or T-slot Extrusion of about 565mm and measure and drill holes to fit over the two middle holes on rear panel and mount horizontally at back for mounting the spool holder and hanging the spool. See second photo. No existing D-Bot bracket changes or the need to take anything apart depending on that V-slot screws that are being used. I used small flat hex type crews that I could just drop in sideways. One only needs to undo the z lead screws to fit the floor cover panel. I uploaded a full sketch of the assembled printer as a STL for viewing purpose only - do not try and print this :-) The file is 39MB so it might take some time to render in view mode. I used the MPCNC machine from https://www.vicious1.com/ that I build to cut my perspex panels.
