***WORK IN PROGRESS/CURRENTLY TESTING, NOT COMPLETE*** The Load Cell Auto Leveler. Currently I'm testing it to see if it's worth using long term, it has small limitations that I think can be coded out. The system is a super niche idea, that I don't think many will or can adopt to their printer/system. But hopefully it can spark an idea of what you can develop on your own for your system. This is highly experimental and in testing now. It may not work long term. The small things may not be able to be fixed via code. This maybe shelved. Just keep that in mind before ya go out and source the parts lol. Hardware Requirements: 5kg Load Cell (To be on the safe side) I use this one with these dimensions, others will work but you will have to design a mount for your loadcell. https://www.amazon.com/Uxcell-Rectangle-Aluminum-Weighting-Pressure/dp/B00QC6MQQ2/ HX711 (Load Cell Amplifier, one with a bridge to 80hz will make life easier) MicroController with Logic voltage to your printer's board (I used an 8266 with its 3.3v logic, since my printer's board is 3.3v) M3's M4's M5's Coding: (GITHUB) (Thank you all for the support & comments on my spool holder design, I know it's still a work in progress, been so busy lately.
