I have remixed the very nice box made by Dresdens Workshop using Tinkercad. I made the holes a bit larger to hold the small rare earth magnets I have home. I bought them here, https://www.leevalley.com/en-ca/shop/hardware/rare-earth-magnets/magnets/disc/32065-rare-earth-circular-magnets. I wanted more space to hold the dice and a place for a pen. The box lid also serve as a dice tray. It's only two parts now.
