I rebuilt 7SoulFox's Tray from scratch in Fusion 360. And printed them for all the players in the game I DM. The first focus of this re-design was to get an end result that could be printed on the build plate of a Prusa i3 MK3S (210mm x 250mm). I made the whole thing taller to fit most minis upright in the storage compartment and I put the D&D logo into the lid for aesthetics. Also I added a brick pattern to the outside. This thing now fits so many dice its not funny. The .f3d file is included in case you want to customize it further. The lid and drawer friction fit with a little sanding to customize the exact friction level you want. If the Lid isn't snug, put a bead of super glue on the end (either side of the finger hole, then let it dry and sand down to the level required. This lets you add the small amount of length you might need to get a fit that meets your needs. The only part that needs supports is the handle for the drawer. These print great with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height, and it really cuts down the print time. On a part this size some warping is inevitable. I recommend using clamps when gluing the top and bottom together to ensure a good fit.
