These parts should help to mount a D4R-II Rreceiver on 36x36 (30x30) holes - same size as some Flight Controls like nanoWii, OpenPilot Revo... Please feel free to modify this project for use with other Receivers. The missing part you'll need to mount the antenna iss a simple lego part.
