OpenSCAD code to create a six-sided die with arbitrary text on each side. (I was amazed such a thing did not already exist.) Instructions Currently uses and requires more_fontz (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13677). Open the file in OpenSCAD and enter your text for each side in the side#text definition quotes. Do a test render and adjust the other parameters for the best look: diesize = size of the die rounding = radius of the edge curvature textdepth = depth of the inset text; below 2 seems problematic textheight = used to properly align the text on the sides Since I could not find a way to change the size of the more_fontz output directly, I concentrate on proportions to get the die sized nicely around the text in OpenSCAD and then do the final adjust for size in RepG.
