Da Vinci 1.0 E3Dv6 mod with Filament Sensor

This is a remix of [thing:707530](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:707530), based on [thing:608560](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:608560), adding support for the reuse of the stock filament sensor as both sensor and filament guide, and a few small modifications for better fitting. With this thing I also detail the steps I followed to connect the E3D v6 12V fan to the Da Vinci motherboard and enable the firmware to switch the fan on and off.
