da Vinci 1.0 Pro - Direct Drive Carriage Upgrade With E3D Titan Aero and E3D All-Metal v6 HotEnd

This is for someone who wants to upgrade their Da Vinci Pro 1.0 to direct drive and to work with the E3D All-metal v6 HotEnd. I used the E3D Titan extruder with a modified heatsink cover to fit the E3D v6 Volcano. This requires cutting off the old mount from the Da Vinci with a Dremel; however, does not require rod removal or anything difficult within the unit itself. The bottom just clamps onto the belt, bearings and allows the carriage to slide very similarly to the original design. The side holes are to fit the original printer head board and does not require any firmware upgrades to use this modification. It might require a power supply upgrade; however, that is due to the hot end.
