Update 05/05/2017: First print success. Update 16/04/2017: I had problems with other files as well which I will post when I come across them. I was having problems slicing the original files with Simplify3D. I could generate gcode with Cura, but I don't like the support generated. With Simplify3D you can manually generate support exactly were it needs to be. I tried just about every free remeshing program there is without any luck. However when I used Netfabb Basic on my laptop to split the file into the main carriage and the removeable cap. When I saved the separated there was some optomising needed, after optomising I still couldn't get a good gcode file. I then had a brain fart and ran the files generated by Netfabb Basic through the Netfabb Online Service. Finally I have a file that Simplify3D is happy with although I haven't printed it yet.
