Break off the plastic case of the webcam and mount the board and lens in a simple printable holder. Instructions Print however you'd like I did .3 height and only 10% infill with supports Break off all plastic on webcam, use a hot glue gun and glue camera pcb into mount secure usb cable to printer with zip ties.
